These Betting Rules set out the core principles and procedures that apply to all real-money and bonus play on CampeonBet. They form part of the contractual relationship between the player and Campeon Interactive EE Limited (EMTA licences HKL000469, HKL000468, HKT000092 and HKT000091). By placing any bet or spinning any slot you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these rules together with the general Terms & Conditions.

Only registered customers who have successfully verified their identity and who are at least 21 years old may place bets. All accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation except in the limited circumstances described below or in game-specific rules. Placing a bet constitutes full acceptance of these Betting Rules and of any additional conditions displayed inside individual games.

CampeonBet offers a wide range of products including video slots, table games, live-dealer games, progressive jackpots, instant-win games and any other gambling products that may be introduced from time to time. Specific rules for each game are available inside the game client and take precedence in case of conflict with these general rules.

Every game displays its own minimum and maximum stake. These limits may vary according to the player’s VIP status, the currency of the account (EUR for Estonian players) and the specific table or slot. CampeonBet reserves the right to adjust limits at any time in order to maintain regulatory compliance, manage risk or protect the integrity of the platform. Attempting to circumvent published limits may result in the voiding of bets and possible account suspension.

Bets may be placed only with funds that are available in the player’s account (real-money balance or eligible bonus balance). Third-party betting or the use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited. Once a bet has been confirmed it cannot be changed. In the event of a technical interruption, bets that have already been accepted remain valid if an outcome can still be determined; otherwise the stake is returned.

Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator software or, in the case of live-dealer games, by the procedures of the live studio in accordance with published rules. All payout calculations follow the paytables or odds displayed inside the game. In the event of an obvious error, system malfunction or unauthorised interference, CampeonBet reserves the right to void the affected bets and to return the original stakes.

Bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, maximum-bet limits while a bonus is active, and game-contribution percentages. Violation of any bonus rule may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and of any associated winnings. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, the use of bots or automated software, manipulation of game outcomes, or any other irregular method is strictly forbidden. Suspected breaches will be investigated; accounts may be suspended and funds withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Confirmed violations can lead to permanent account closure and the voiding of related bets.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that a technical error has occurred, contact customer support as soon as possible with the relevant transaction or game-round reference. CampeonBet will examine the available logs and will communicate its decision. If you remain dissatisfied you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedure described in the Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, through the mechanisms provided by the Estonian regulatory framework.

CampeonBet reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its reasonable discretion in order to protect the integrity of the platform, to comply with legal obligations, or to prevent fraud or money-laundering. Bets placed in breach of these rules or of applicable law may be declared void and any related funds withheld.

Additional or different rules may apply to particular games or promotions. These are always displayed inside the relevant game or promotion terms and form part of the binding agreement between the player and the operator.

CampeonBet may update these rules from time to time. The version published on the website at the moment a bet is placed is the version that governs that bet. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.

These Betting Rules are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure may be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
